Jenni will supply you with the Accommodation/Modification sheet below prior to the ARD. Each core subject area teacher will receive the sheet. The teachers must fill out the sheet and return it to Jenniprior to the ARD or send it with the team member attending the ARD.
The ARD Committee will also have to fill out the TAKS-M decision making toolor the TAKS-Alt decision making tool when determining if the student will take TAKS-A or TAKS-M.
